Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer the following return and refund policy for our clothing, specifically our blazers.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Blazers can only be returned if they are in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nulifestyle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping address.

3. Return Fee:

  • A 2000 INR return fee will be charged for returns, which helps cover the cost of handling and ensuring that the blazers are properly cared for during the return process. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The return fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging the blazer.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the return fee of 2000 INR.
  • Please note that refunds can take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a return or refund.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a solution, including a full refund or replacement, at no additional charge.
